DVLC’s Reconnect program is a free service for people aged between 17 and 64 who are not engaged in education or training or are underemployed for less than 8 hours a week People involved in Justice Services, and Asylum seekers are also eligible. The Reconnect program is designed to empower you to achieve your career and education goals with one on one support and guidance.
